Shipping-Return Policy

~Item(s) ship within 3-5 buisness days. Labubu clothes with a design are made to order.

~Some emails with tracking have gone to spam, please check there also.

~Shipping is based on weight, size, and location.

~Once items are dropped off at the United States Postal Service (USPS) it takes 2-5 business days if you're in the US and if there is no issues during transit.

~Once it is dropped off at USPS we are not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged item(s)/package(s). Contact usps and file a claim with them.

~No exchanges or returns of any kind.

~Wrong address or missing address information will end up having the package being returned back to us by usps. You would need to repurchase shipping and give us the correct address so it can be shipped again. Contact us if you notice that its being returned so we can start that process.
